1. How do I place a order?

Give me a call at 859-353-3222 or click the service link above to order online. 

2. How do I know you received my order?

I will send you a confirmation email when you place the order and another with a picture after the work has been completed. Should there be any complications or if I need clarification I will call you. 

3. How will you get my signs?

If you want me to just handle one sign or if you'd like me to handle all of your sign installs and removals, pick up is always free. I will clean, maintain and store your signs/frames/post/riders/info boxes for future use unless you request them returned. When you request a return you can choose that I leave them at the property when removed or drop them at your office within three working days. 

4. What are your hours of operation?

Our phone (voicemail), e-mail and website is ready 24 hours a day. We are closed weekends and on all major holidays. We will return all calls by noon the following business day. 
5.How long does it take to complete my order?
Please allow three "working" days for some orders to be completed after payment. Most are quicker. 

6. Is Ultimate Sign Services, LLC licensed and insured?

Yes, I am licensed and insured for your protection. 


7. What if I want the sign installed is a certain spot?

Please be as detailed as possible in the comments when ordering. I would prefer you leave a marker where you would like the sign installed or send me a picture. The site must also be cleared for underground utilities if the sign goes 24 inches or more in the ground. It is the agents responsibility to give us the location of sprinkler lines, lighting wire or other underground owner installed improvements that are not public utilities.  

If the agent does not give specific instructions, the sign location will be left to best judgement of the installer. If you don't like the location after installation there with be a service call charge to go back and move it. 

8. The sign/post is not looking very good and I want you to reinstall it. Is there a charge for that?
I guarantee my workmanship and materials for 30 days from the date the post/sign was installed, and will service the post free of charge within that time period. After 30 days there will be a service charge. 

9. What about sign riders and info boxes?

I will install one of your riders and/or info box for free at the time of installation. If you would like us to go back and install one after installation there will be a service charge. I'll also refill info boxes.

10. My sign is not up yet. What happend?

It is on a very rare occasion that you will need to ask this question. First, check your order confirmation to ensure that your order was actually sent to us. All work is complete within three "working" days.  Sometimes due to extreme weather I may be slowed down. As soon as the weather clears, I will resume operations and will complete your request in the order in which they were received. Make sure you supply all the information that is needed to find and access the property. Include gate codes, the correct address direction, (NW, SE, ect). If there is a fence or a gate, please inform the owner that we will be out to their property within three "working" days and to unlock the gate.


11. What are the standard colors of the sign post that you rent?

I currently have bare treated wood post, but can do a custom color if needed. Please call before placing order. 

12. My sign is missing. What do I do?

Ask your client if they know what happened to the sign. Ultimate Sign Services, LLC will only remove your sign if requested by the listing agent or for non payment.

13. What is your refund policy?

Refunds given within five working days for work that cannot be completed for unforeseen reasons or before the sign as been installed. 
Example: Signs not allowed by HOA, no place to locate sign, property owner canceled, extreme weather, ect.

14. What is your privacy policy? 

We do not share your information with anyone.
